Stephanie is a native of New Rockford, ND, where she grew up on the family farm. She received a Bachelor’s degree in Biology from the University of Mary, Bismarck, before following her passion for healthcare and completing her Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from Concordia College, Moorhead. As a nurse, she cared for hospitalized patients in the pediatric intensive care unit (PICU), neonatal intensive care unit (NICU), maternal- fetal medicine, adult critical care unit (CCU), and even spent time as a research nurse in bariatric surgery. Stephanie received a Doctorate in Nursing Practice (DNP) from North Dakota State University. While completing her education, she taught pediatric clinicals for the undergraduate nursing program at NDSU. Stephanie has had the blessing of caring for patients of all ages, stages, and health situations. Her passion is inspiring others to live a healthy life!

Stephanie is married to Ben and together they have two children. When not chasing the kids to their activities, such as hockey, baseball, and softball, Stephanie spends her time scrapbooking, cooking, traveling, hanging out at the lake, cycling, and drinking a cup (or two!) of coffee.
