Heidi Saarinen, FNP-C

Heidi lives in the Fargo-Moorhead community. She received her Bachelor’s in Nursing from North Dakota State University and worked for over five years as a Registered Nurse in a hospital setting helping children and adults recover from injuries from motor vehicle accidents, spinal cord trauma, stroke, brain injury, and surgical complications. She then obtained her Doctorate from NDSU to obtain certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner in 2010. Special research interests during graduate school included breastfeeding, immunizations, and patient education. Before joining Pinnacle Health Care, Heidi worked in locally as a Sleep Specialist Nurse Practitioner for pediatric and adult patients with sleep disorders.

Heidi and her husband, Seth, have two children. She loves spending time with her family, reading, DIY crafts, photography, and learning new skills.
