Good Bye. Good Health to You.

Hello patients and families, April 12, 2024

After 18 years as an independent clinic in the community, Pinnacle Health Care will be closing May 15, 2024. Our last day for seeing patients will be May 10th for Dr. Raghib and Dr. Martens and May 9th for Aly Dahl, PA-C. This was a very difficult decision and many factors were considered in making it. Change is hard. Change is harder when you love something. But change is necessary and inevitable. I have loved every moment, every patient and every family and am so grateful for the opportunity to be a part of so many lives. The impact you all have had on my life and my happiness is a gift beyond compare and I cannot thank you enough. I hope I have brought the same to you. Maybe after 18 years, much like your children, it’s time for me to grow up and move on to adult stuff…internal medicine? Nah. Lol. I’ll always be a kid at heart. There are many things I love doing. I’m already doing some and look forward to doing more. I’m not retiring but I will not be seeing patients in the area at this time. Thank you all so very much, for everything!

Sincerely,

Ender Raghib, MD

A note from Aly Dahl, PA-C:
Over the past several years, I have had the privilege of caring for you and your family and with that I am eternally grateful you have trusted me with all of your health care needs. Within these years, I have spent a great deal of time reflecting and remembering my “why”, and how to continue delivering high quality and accessible health care, while honoring my own core values and beliefs. While there are certainly mixed emotions leaving Pinnacle Health Care, I am also ecstatic to tell you, I will be bringing my “why” above to life, by opening North Dakota’s first and only Direct Primary Care (DPC) clinic in town. I truly understand that this transition and resignation may be hard and that this new model of health care may not be for you or your family. I understand the motto, “one size fits all” is not at all accurate in life and certainly not in medicine and I want you to make the best decision that fits the needs of your family.

Thank you,
Aly Dahl, PA-C

A note from Dr. Martens:
Dearest patients,

For those of you who wish to continue receiving care from me at my new practice, I am excited to continue our journey together! To make this transition as smooth as possible, please reach out to me by visiting resurgenthealth.net for more information on this new model of primary care. I am grateful for the trust and confidence you have placed in me as your primary doctor, and I am committed to ensuring a seamless transition for each and every one of you. Thank you for allowing me to be a part of your healthcare journey.

Warm regards,
Kristine Martens, DO

For establishing with a new provider to meet your medical care needs, we recommend our great providers in the Heartland Healthcare Network. However, you are able to establish care with whomever you choose at any facility of your choice.

A list of Heartland providers and there contact information can be found at https://chooseheartland.com Please call the clinic at (701) 478-4722 if you need a copy of your medical records forwarded to a new provider. A release of records form from our office or theirs will need to be completed and submitted to our clinic. After the clinic closes, there will be details on the office phone number about how to get your medical records forwarded and they will be kept in accordance with the present laws of the state of North Dakota.
